This summer the pollen season has been tough.  Here are some tips to help you take control of your allergy symptoms:

  • Keep the windows closed at night, pollen is released in the early morning hours and can dramatically affect your morning allergy symptoms.
  • Take a shower or bath before bed. Pollen is likely on your skin and hair and unless removed will cover your pillow and bed linens and then be an ongoing exposure each night.
  • After being outdoors, shower and change your clothes to limit your pollen exposure.
